For sale here is everything you need to get started in modified racing - except trailer, tools and truck.

The car started out as a 2000 DirtWorks DW-8.

It has steel plate in the door, a window net and a Kirkey containment seat for safety. Deck-mounted battery terminals and rearend oil filler for convenience. 32 gallon tear-drop fuel cell.

The rear suspension has been updated to a Pierce-style setup in 2011 by Vallow Chassis out of Pontiac, IL. 4-bar/Z-link rear suspension with a pull bar and lift bar. Ford 9" rearend.

Comes with 8 spare wheels, inner mud plug and 2 aluminum outer mud covers, bucket of shocks and spares, Brinn trans (rebuilt in 2011), reverse-mount bell housing with Mason Racin starter.

Motor is a Dart block/Iron Eagle heads 377 setup for methanol. The top end was rebuilt by Chuck Bull at Bull Power in 2011. He estimates it puts out about 540 hp. It has 8 nights on it since the rebuild.

The body has lots of dents, scrapes, tears and repairs on it. But you could go race with it just like it is.

I winterized the motor at the end of the 2012 season and put it into storage as my wife and I had a baby on the way. Now I'm thinking about changing classes.

I'd like to see $10,000 for it, but I'm open to offers. I'm outside of Chicago, IL. Let me know what questions I can answer.
