What were these ran on, how are they valved, how many laps since new / fresh, does this include coil over kits and dyno data??

They were ran on a Warrior crate car. The shocks are currently at QuickTime Suspension to be refreshed. Shocks can be valved for your chassis. They include coil over kits and will include all dyno sheets.
