Default Left off set 62 inch rear end

Is there any advantage to using this set up for traction or is just another way to tighten the car up ? this is in a imca stock car . And wouldn't off set wheels do the same thing . or is the coil spring placement keeping more load or bite in the lr? There are several people that are using this that I have seen some do well others it makes no difference .

I call it front to rear track alignment.I want the r/r inside the r/f then the l/r outside the l/f.I do it with wheels or axles. When you are on the gas it keeps the car tighter.I don't think I've every read or heard anybody talk about it just something I have found over the years.
