Last night's practice was fast low 12's but that was my stop watch.

Correct. 12.4's were clocked numerous times. I'd say yer stopwatch works ok.

Hope we don't have same problem lasalle had, track records in practice and then way off the pace race day. Wish I was going tonight, I'll have to watch DOD in the morning before I hit the road on Saturday.
