Introducing the Ultra-Force spring Machine. This is a coil over rating machine that uses pneumatic power to compress shock and spring assemblies. This unit can handle up to 3,000 lbs of force and shock lengths up to almost 30" overall and down to 11" compressed. Digital load cell technology gives .5 lb accuracy. The unit comes calibrated and ready to use. Maps spring curves, helps to set duel stage RF and or bump stops. Also drastically improves spring change accuracy while saving time. The picture shown is the prototype, the delivered units will have graphics and a more refined finish. Jig built for squareness and accuracy. Unit is on wheels for portability and has d-rings for secure transport.
