You guys using a head/neck restrain device of any sort ? My wife is worried about me .. I've always just used a donut, which to me seems utterly and completely useless but I used it anyway.
I can't see putting a bunch of money in it. Spare me the sermon on that, please

The Nexgen REV seems to be a good value. How many missed days of work/ doctor visits do you need to justify $600?

$600 might be in the budget. Just didn't want to sink a couple grand in it.
