From my understanding TP and Hoffman disagreed on rules that affected Phillips built modifieds. Too bad about the rain out, big crowd in the parking lot waiting to go in, am sure some of them traveled a long ways. It is July 4th weekend but bet all the fireworks weren't in the sky, the pit gate and spectator gate probably had some when people asked for refunds.

From my understanding, TP disagreed with Hoffman building knock-off GRT by Phillips modifieds and selling them as Hoffman cars.
It was too bad about the rain, I was one of the many sitting in the lot, waiting out the rain.
