So if the forecast holds true and rains out Fri & Sat, they would run the 100 on Sunday? Hope it doesn't come to that.

Last time that happened was in 2006 when they ran it Sunday afternoon...I was expecting a boring dusty one lane race...as it turns out it was one of the best world 100's in history

NWS has 30%-50% Thursday through Saturday morning. Not too bad and plenty of time for improvement. http://forecast.weather.gov/MapClick...9#.V84-eCnGOSo

I thought someone already cleared that up. Even if it rains the suspended teams will not be able to compete? Is that true?

I believe it's already been stated they will not be able to race even if it rains out. It will interesting to see if they will be banned from racing at the track until after the law suit is settled. It will be within the tracks right to do so.

An attorney said at week on DoD that would not be able.to race there until the suit is completed. His exact words were, "it could 6 months, could be year or more, thats something we don't know yet."
