The limit is 467, and has been since the 80s. That's what builders build. They're so set on 467 that DIRT outlawed the 430s that got popular in the late 80s/early 90s, and the 358 small blocks that run in a lot of places currently get a weight penalty. And speaking of weight, they're at 2500 lbs, not 2400. An open 358 has to weigh 2650.
