I wonder what the chances are that the people on the left were hoping for another Katrina, something they could blame on Trump. Something to point to as failed leadership like they did with Bush, declaring New Orleans the, "Chocolate City" and that it was racism that was at fault. Instead Harvey, along with renewed optimism following Trumps election have resulted in people helping people instead of waiting on Gov to come to the rescue. I think this is the real reason the Mayor of Houston told his residents not to heed the Warnings from the weather service, to sacrifice the population to regain "Victim-hood". Of course the truth leaked out and I'm sure his political career is over, at least I hope it is. The games they play and the fact that there is "No-Limit" to how far they'll go to play the, "Bit Dog". Shameful and Criminal.
