    Default Mastersbilt spindles

Can anyone tell me the difference between the different genx spindles... X spindle, xo spindle and the crate variation in each. Im updating the front clip on my car and was told to run crate xo on rf and crate x on Lf.... It is a crate car. I hear some are taller than others and the crates have longer steering arms? thanks for any info.

My understanding is there is x, xo, and crate. Xo means open. At least last time I talked to Keith, but that has been a couple years.

The xo has more pin inclination than the x. The crate has a shorter lf steering arm.

I'm not aware of any pin inclination difference but there is "nub height" differences between:

    X
    X Crate
    XO
    XO Crate

Crate spindles will have even length steering arms left to right vs. the standard version.
Crate spindles will have some sort of "nub height" split.
Crate spindles will have a height difference left to right.

Spindles are a package deal so there is not really a right or wrong answer on which ones to run.

Then there is a the latest un-named spindle from Mastersbilt....
