I don’t think he ever ran the WoO, so he wouldn’t fit the criteria. He certainly ran Lucas though.

I’m with HH25. Only guy I can think of that would be a big name returning to the WoO is Dale McDowell.

Frankie is still messed up from the crash at the dtwc. The last i knew he still wasn't cleared to race. Which it is only December, concussion symptoms can drag on for awhile sometimes though.

I dont look for him to follow the tour again anyway. He could be a threat on the SN tour.

His dad is out of jail, so I guess that it’s possible that they’d go whole hog on racing again, but last I heard, John was pretty content doing what he’s doing now.
