What are the closest hotels to the track. Cody said their would be official hotels for event rate discounts but cant find any?

Mount Vernon, Ohio has a few hotels and is less than 45 minutes from the track. Butler Ohio also has some and is about half the distance from Vernon

Mansfield has a few hotels, but I'd guess most are full already?? I booked a couple the next day or 2 after the announcement no problem, at that time.

Between Mansfield Ontario Bellville Ashland you shouldn't have a problem finding something.
