I'm leaning toward this being true, but...

If you look at least 4 guys maybe 5 ahead of him aren't running Lucas. No way does Hudson or Erb finish ahead of him. EPJ won't. Bronson especially first time on the tour. And the fact he doesn't normally run well at East Bay and there's what 30 or so more nights left?

I generally agree with your assessment, but I like how the EPJ/Stuckey pairing has looked and could see him being more of a threat with a new boost of confidence.

Sounds like Landers will be in McDowell's ride off and on this season.

You can never count out a Bloomquist mind game or that he's looking for leverage to perhaps make a deal with one of the series for... better compensation. He use to own shares in dirt from back when he was with the, "Dirty Dozen", but I don't know if he still does. Running WoO would sure PO MR and I'd have a reason to smile when reading WoO results this year. For Bloomquist its not about bragging rights, even though he uses bragging as a tool, its where he thinks he can make the most money and WoO may be prime for picking. Food for thought.
