Boyd's - Lucas Oil - Driver's List

9 out 10 times the race is at Boyd's are always on the bottom if you get up off the bottom you drop like a rock. I went to the Lucas Oil race last year and everything but the Lucas Oil feature was right on the bottom very little if any passing what so ever. Dale McDowell also did the track prep then to

It's a good looking track but they need more banking on that track..

Really? Are you in a area that doesn't see National races or a real multi-groove "racy" track? Do you stay in the pits and watch the stars and cars up close? Just wonder about your thoughts!

Last years Lucas race was really good from memory. I've seen some really good races down there but some not so good, just like any racetrack.

One of the best races ever down there was a southern nationals race that had a big afternoon thunderstorm roll thru. I remember the Dillon brothers being there and the track was wide open around the top #keepittacky

I would drive 2 hours to watch a bunch of Illinois locals race Fairbury before I would drive 30 minutes to watch Lucas run a train race. Just me...

Weather is awesome down this way today. With the rain we've had in the area the past few weeks and a good handful of overcast/cool days, no excuse for the track not to be at least halfway decent...so we'll see. Looking forward to heading that way in a few and hoping for a good race tonight.
