    UMP/Dirtcar rules state that if you keep the car moving or as long as the rear tires keep turning, you don't get penalized. That one was a little iffy but still inside the rules.

    I got the car count because we where racing 1 of our Modifieds last night and I was in the pits to give an accurate count.
    Plymouth & Shadyhill are the two closest tracks to where we live.

    I understand what the rules says, but tires haven't stoped moving then why throw caution. That's all

    Culp looped it, then Shirley spun to avoid it, and they were both almost parked in the middle of 3 and 4. They had to throw the yellow as the whole corner was blocked. They both came very close to stopping but neither did.

    pretty sure the 3 didn't spin to avoid. slowed to go on outside of him, but for sure he didn't spin
