If I screw something up at work of a substantial value, or am on a job that requires piss testing, and I make up some excuse and don’t take it, it is a fail. Even if it was from a legitimate test, of course his piss is clean weeks after he was asked to piss and denied them both. Hell, I could go to GNC and get piss cleaner that will clear me up in a matter of a couple of days.

That would be the way it's typically done. Few places have an in-house lab that would be able to do the actual lab work involved. So, after the sample is collected, it's sealed and shipped to a lab. I'd be willing to bet this is how the test taken at the track are handled. The people collecting the samples probably just collect them, seal them and ship them to a lab. They probably aren't even qualified and don't even know how to perform the actual lab work.

His Dr emailed them to Schwallie. Anytime I take a test, they don’t perform the lab work right there, it is sent off.
If you’ve seen my statements on the issue, you know I’m not really in Bloomers corner on this one now that he isn’t having surgery.
Up in the air who my next “favorite” driver is. Really losing hope on Bloomer getting anywhere back to “normal”.
