If Bloomquist is to keep racing on the level he wants to he needs to back out of it and hire a real Crew, and Crew Chief and run the operation like a Business. Which is going to cost him more $$ but, he would of pocketed that money back via winning.

Take a step back in the daily work of the car and tires and other preparations, and pay professional acting people to do it properly. That rag tag outfit he has now is not cutting it, i watched 3 of them try to put a tire on the LR of his Car in FLA this year and it looked like 3 Monkeys humping each other.

    Just say no...

Is there much to work with in East Tennessee?

It is because he won’t let go of control. He obviously cannot handle it all and doesn’t have enough help. So restructuring, getting a real crew chief and maybe one other really good crew guy. And then people at the shop to oversee the SB cars. Him doing it all isn’t working. Train wreck.
Up in the air who my next “favorite” driver is. Really losing hope on Bloomer getting anywhere back to “normal”.

He still has 3rd place in points wrapped up. Gettin beat by unlimited landers and Martin money and another rocket house car with healthy budget. Scott will never be organized never has been even with Tommy Hicks was a lot of last minute stuff but things were different then. This year a lot of their problems stem from the failure of Disco hauler which obviously was a mistake. Switchin from different haulers 3 or 4 times cause of lot of late problems. Cody and Scott are a killer duo. Problem is they can't find good guys who can keep up to their schedules and craziness. Everybody on here thinks it is so easy to find good help. If it was they would have it. Scott does his own tires a lot cause he knows what he wants and not many are good enough at it or want to do it. Filthy job it is.being a crew member full time on a Dirt late model is not an easy job. Everybody think it is but try it 24/7 and find out. Zero does the best he can but still manages bit of casino action and a bit of crown here and there.Guy likes to have fun too. Lately motor issues have crept in. He was stupid fast all nights in Knoxville but had power issues fri sat. Everybody wants him to do this or do that if he did what would all of you have to talk about. Remember won dream and show me and other races with no crew as all of you say and still third in points. Everybody should be happy he runs with all these flaws otherwise be winning all of em don't u think. Dirt late model racing without all the zero drama b pretty boring I would say

That's a good point. They didn't start showing up late again until they had the hauler problems. And Bloomer usually runs like crap when he shows up late.

Of course it’s not easy to find good help. There are maybe three teams that might pay their guys good and possibly a little benefits, and 99% it’s here’s some cash, good luck.

I would never do it, not easy, always on the road, meager pay, no benefits, I’m good.

I dunno what has to be done, hopefully the new hauler does fix some issues. But the course he has been on ain’t very good.

Thread is about Davenport and the title and most comments are about Bloomquist. Funny. Regarding lack of adequate manpower some business owners are reluctant to turn over much to employees. If a crew guy was to spend a couple seasons with meaningful responsibilities for Bloomer could he walk away with some useful technology and insider stuff that a big budget team would be willing to pay for?

The excuses are flying, as usual, lol. To stay with the thread subject, Davenport is still the best driver on the Lucas tour, and JD and Richards are still clearly the two best points racers in the sport. Not sure how anyone could argue that.

Can't argue your point about Richards. Dude hasn't won a race since February and is 2nd in points. He may be the best points racer in all of DLM racing.

Now the thread is about Richards!

Every thread seems leads to other subjects I don’t think that’s a big deal as long as it’s not hijacked by MASTER TROLL who seems to behaving so far

The way I see it Richards, Bloomquist and Davenport are all on the Lucas series so I don't see what the issue is. Not sure why TerryM still comes here all he does is complain. Maybe they should make a sub forum just for him to listen to himself talk. TS Fan to. Complain complain complain.

Now Mr Wetterman. It doesn't matter to me a bit who wins the championship. LOL, it has nothing to do with watching races. I am just making an observation. He is going to have to shape up if we wants to win a championship even though he may win several races. However, if you want to serve me crow, that is fine as long as you make sure it is as tasty as Chicken. in the meantime WATER TEHE TRACKEE
