411 speedway hangover
What's scoop with place? Is it racetrack, go black slick 1 groove, car count for supers and mods, what's seating like? Hearing rain Friday, will that move whole weekend back a day? Are they timely or screw around to start, between divisions and accidents?
Appreciate any info. I'm throwing idea going visiting friend and us attending Saturday show.

Been a couple times and liked it. The only down fall of the program, is they qualify every kind of race car on the grounds. After they got all of that out of the way, I felt like they ran a pretty good show. Track held up nice for all the laps that had been put on it both times.
For your sake, I hope Friday doesn't get rained out and they push everything to Saturday. That would mean 6 hours of qualifying, instead of 3 hours.
Bring foldable chairs if you can. They have bleachers, but have a large area for you to bring your own seating.

zyungs right only downside to a race at 411is all the qualifying, but the track will not be a problem,it always holds up.Its one of the best prepared tracks around.
-
I'll flat not go if Friday merged into Saturday and qualify everything. I hope their reading this as well. That be 4 tickets not had due to stupidity. Pill draw all but supers and mods. Ain't many that give 2 hoots about 3 other variations of lms

Any updates as to which slm will be there

It's all been pushed to Saturday now.
I seen McIntosh, Linville, and Tyler Carpenter were going. Cory Hedgec0ck doesn't miss very many races down there.

8 classes all Saturday, the track said some classes would hotlap/qualify together. I will watch this one from the house, I'm not into that many cars qualifying for any race let alone one in January.

Yeah they are killing racing with all the classes and they don't realize it or don't care.

A lot of shows are funded by the back gate these days. They try to sell pit passes, not general admission tickets.

Qualifying is ridiculous anyways, I for sure wont go to see 8 classes in 1 day.

There are some folks who get involved that only care about the money coming in.

I wouldn't have a problem with 8 classes if the would make all but Supers draw for their heat races line ups!

3/4 hours of hot laps and qualifying ... good track other than that

That leaves approx 20 cars per class in other 5 divisions. They've had a latemodel rollover already, Riley Hickman

It's a little wet and soft. I've seen a lot of rollovers there in the past, for some reason.

Riley Hickman flip at about the 8 minute mark. Pretty brutal....
