I sure hope it survives. Super cool place and i have some fond memories from the Gap. I remember when Vic Hill went to jail for trying to thump on Awesome Bill from Dawsonville. Loved the tiered parking on the backstretch.
Do you have something against rich people? Maybe they worked hard to reach that status? Did it say they were rich? I consider myself rich. I have a roof over my head.

Jesus Christ, somebody can’t take a joke this morning.
Up in the air who my next “favorite” driver is. Really losing hope on Bloomer getting anywhere back to “normal”.
Paul Purvis wanted $1.3M for Swainsboro, which isn’t in a prime spot like Bulls Gap. According to my contacts, Paul’s highest offer was $900K. He turned it down. Bulls Gap sits within a couple minutes of a busy interstate exit. It could be turned into many different things. The track is pretty to look at, but not the raciest joint I’ve been to. Or the easiest on equipment. Someone with a serious love of racing will have to buy it. Based on location, I wouldn’t be shocked to see the property go for $3M.
Unfortunately you are 100% correct.....my first experience of watching the high bank Tennessee races from the infield was at that place.
Was a cool view but the racing itself really wasn't that impressive.
And it's good to be selling real estate right now.
