I get out plenty. Investment in petroleum industry stocks is no longer allowed in many union retirement systems, pubic employee retirement systems, and the like. All subsidy is about to be lost. Frivolous carbon use is under attack.
I'm not saying it's gone in my lifetime, but it will some day not be possible to burn fossil fuels to power your dirt track toy.
I'm laying out facts. Not making silly jokes.
I think Lucas' "Protect the Harvest" PAC is a bit dumb, but he doesn't.

Oh. Okay then, my apologies, everything is fine. Kinda like saying, "There is no evidence of voter fraud, I called and asked them. They said nothing to see, so its all good." It amazes me how little urgency there is around about things, like everything is no big deal and they just ignore all the evidence because a talking head on CNN or MSNBC or FOX said that nothing happened or how different things get covered differently depending political leaning and/or skin color.
There was a sprint car race that was run last spring, I forget which sanction, but they observed all the silly useless guidelines and mask wearing BS, like good little lemmings, but when the MSM reported on it they used footage from the year before so they could show no one wearing a masks and turn public opinion against them. This happens alot, more and more. They use media as a weapon to direct public opinion and like MastersbiltRacer said, when they get dirt racing in their cross hairs that'll be it.
The economy, our way of life and our freedoms are being taken, some without even bothering to pass a law or vote, just by flicking a pen in some agency. This is serious. Yes, I used a youtube video for demonstration because it was handy, but my research goes much further and much deeper.
In case you haven't noticed racial equality has been abandoned and all across the country open racism against white people is the new trend. A Boston hospital today announced they are going to start prioritizing care based on race, guess who's last? Critical Race Theory is a thing. Wake up, the time for sleeping has passed.

All Cadillac are electric by 2025 and all jaguars will be in 2027, people keep voting demoncrats in and the country is done
-
We will eventually run out of ICE parts like we are running out of g-body frames for stock car chassis. Once every personal vehicle goes electric, costs for ICE race engines will shoot through the roof and grass roots racing won't be able to afford anything but electric motors.

The rest of the world is going electric. The companies are going where the money is.

The democrats are going where the money is.....

But yet Biden won. Today's politic's are a joke. Trump, did I like him as a person. O h*ll no. BUT, see if you can deny this. He brought corporate money back to america, oil prices where at a all time low, your investments where at a all time high, unemployment was at a all time low, interest rates low. FACTS. Yet this frivolous old man won. There walking in groups across the boarder people. Rant over. Vote every last one of them out of office, only then will the AMERICAN voice be heard.

As you quoted and EV specific statement --- your quote above is simply not true, and nothing more than biased propaganda from a non-factual talking point.
Case in point #1, the 4th largest Continent.
The Amazon region of Brazil in South America, as well as the Northern part of South America, will certainly NOT be going to EV’s, period.
Case in point #2.
Asia, as a whole, the Largest Continent, and Africa as a whole, the 2nd largest Continent, will certainly NOT be going to EV’s, period. Neither will Mexico as a whole or Australia as a whole.
You need to travel some of the real World before you decide to leave the good ol’ USA, and before your girlfriend finishes College.

It has nothing to do with, "following the money..." Its tail wagging the dog. The whole world is being forced to go electric, there is a difference. They tried doing it through lies about the Global Warming/Climate Change, but not enough people fell for it so they simply switched tactics. Wake up, don't be a lemming.

You guys do know the whole world was forced to use oil forever by large conglomerates that bought out or squashed any new technology right? You think JP Morgan was some sort of saint? I don't care if cars are running on electricity or hydrogen, I'm there. Remember this clip from the Simpsons? It's a more than accurate representation of electric cars as portrayed by the propaganda machine of big oil.

I’d sense you and I are close to being on the same page. That being said, “The whole world is being forced to go electric”, doesn’t fly with me either. With “forced” being the key word.
Again, the Continent of Brazil as one example. Brazil as a Continent will NOT be forced to go EV’s as the Brazil as a whole is waaaay to dependant on its offshore oil drilling, (which was underperforming as of 2014 per Petrobras and was importing refined oil for gas and diesel from the USA and India) as well as the Worlds largest sugar cane producer, sugar cane made into Ethanol, thus fuels for its automobiles. Brazil as a whole Continent will not go EV’s, while the likes of Sao Paulo or Rio de Janeiro, might have EV charging stations --- If mcarter815 or anyone else can find me a EV charging station in the vast Amazon jungle regions of Ruropolis Pará in Brazil in 20whatever, I will gladly retract my statements.
The World going to all EV’s by 20XX whenever is simply naive and foolish thinking with no facts.

“Brazil as a Continent will NOT be forced...”
“Brazil as a whole Continent will not go EV’s, while the likes of Sao Paulo or Rio de Janeiro...”
Ah yes, Brazil, the 8th continent on Earth.

Come mothers and fathers throughout the land and don't criticize what you can't understand. Your sons and your daughters are beyond your command. Your old road is rapidly agin'. Please get out of the new one if you can't lend your hand for the times they are a-changin'

Interesting you selectively left that part out of your retort. Sorry if you didn’t follow my intent with staying with my original statement thought-out my postings.

I saw that. Just didn’t fit my narrative.
I mean when you refer to it as a continent three times, I’d say the sentence that you quoted was probably copied from the internet somewhere.

At least you’re honest. You saw it and left it out, intentionally.

Nope, no cut and paste.

c1ty5tar - Now would you like to jump into this conversation or are you just trolling 4m?

Between your last two posts on here, I'm not sure what in the wide, wide world of sports you are talking about
