Tech inspection
I see they are impounding the top 3 after Saturdays race until Noon Sunday looking for traction control. Did they do that last night? I didn't see anything on it.

All's it takes for a sanctioning body to very quietly eliminate TC is a few directional microphones, and some decent audio equipment. Closed door meeting, scare the (not a nice word)(not a nice word)(not a nice word)(not a nice word) out of them, done deal.

Woops, I double posted, totally glanced over you already put this up. Sorry.
Up in the air who my next “favorite” driver is. Really losing hope on Bloomer getting anywhere back to “normal”.

It’s generally fairly easy to see brake controlled traction control. Just follow the sparks.

That gps brake junk is antique technology and not worth anything. And you are right, it is easy to see in action.

TC in general tends to be pretty useless on dirt, but I’m sure there are guys still using it.

Exactly. On dirt, the correct amount of wheel spin changes all the time.

Sometimes you need wheelspin to get by somebody else or to manhandle an ill handling car too. I’m there are TC systems that could be controlled by somebody else that would be sophisticated enough to pull all that off, but I don’t know that it would be worth it.

If they're looking for TC, they're looking for the wrong thing.

There isn't a single one of you (not a nice word)(not a nice word)(not a nice word)(not a nice word)ed experts that has a CLUE how this stuff works, LOL. Dumb effs- How exactly do you apply a single brake via some magical electronic system, when there are ONLY two pistons in the system? Y'all are effing CLULESS.

That simple slew rate TC doesn't work worth a (not a nice word)(not a nice word)(not a nice word)(not a nice word)ed, end of story. Now, combine it in a box, where you can hide multi-axis accelerometers, you can get something sorta working, but it ain't magic.

Refute me, if all you got to bitch about is fat-finger, you're CLUELESS.

Sounds like we know who stole BirkyandtheShark's cooler...

Actually I was thinking that maybe TurboNate hacked his account.
