Indiana Midget Week Is In The Books
By all accounts Indiana Midget Week was another huge success. We were lucky enough to get away to attend 3 of the 8 scheduled IMW events at Circle City in Indianapolis, Lincoln Park in Putnamville and of course, Kokomo. It was a long night at Kokomo but they got the show in and it was a great show as we've come to expect from the folks who run Kokomo Speedway.
Congrats to Michael "Buddy" Kofoid for winning the overall IMW Championship and also congrats to Thomas Meseraull for being the most exciting driver of midget race cars these days and and for being the best interview AND for passing a total of 47 cars which earned T-Mez the Passing Masters Award for passing the most cars during IMW.

Me too, buster! We've spent a little time around Thomas out in Tulsa and a couple of times here in the Midwest and he's one of the coolest dudes you'll ever hang with and he's fearless in a racecar. He's almost worth the price of admission for his interviews alone!! Dirt open wheel racing, and dirt racing in general, needs more guys like T-Mez. He's the best interview since Jack Hewitt.
