Texas Or Knoxville
What drivers are committed to Texas ? Who will get more cars ?
-
-
The only ones I've seen who have Texas on schedule are Max Blair, and Bloomer.
-
How many super late models are even in Texas to draw from regionally?
-
I saw where Bloomquist and Pierce were going to Texas
Was just curious if anybody had heard of any others
-
I would bet Cade dillard will go to texas.

Didn't Davenport win the first leg of this deal? Wasn't it stated if someone can win the first two then there winnings at the final show in Vegas get doubled? Seems tempting, will he miss knoxville to potentially set himself up to make more in a night then he would for winning the Lucas championship. Who makes that call the driver that wants another championship or the owner who likes lots of dollar signs? Either way someone will be praying for rain somewhere.

It’s not if you win. it’s if you show up to all 3 races your last race winnings are doubled if I remember correctly

Don't forget about the 50k to win crate race that weekend in Chatham,La also.

Is Texas happening? I don't see it on Texas Motor Speedway website.
-
Texas is happening, its on TMS's website under the full schedule.
It links directly to RaceXR, and remember entries just opened last week and close the 1st of September.
-
There’s still SUPR cars in Texas, right?
Will they be able to use their big blades?

I would think you would get a lot of the outlaws that went to Bristol. Would be nice payday in Vegas to double your winnings.
-
I think SUPR is no more? Hasn't been any weekly DLM's in TX for awhile, Baytown and Devil's Bowl used to looong ago (10+ years). There are some traveling series but not what you'd call SLM. TMS is a top-notch facility, track can get iffy at times, if it rains a lot there's a drainage problem around the tunnel and it gets very soft. They've been running a weekly show on Mondays this year, see vids for a current look at the track.

At the time, I think Strickler was still considered a WoO driver.

I don't think Strickler ran the dirt nationals event in a super. I believe he ran the mod portion, then entered the super a few weeks later for the WoO event.

Bayko, we're talking about the Bristol Dirt Nationals in March, not the WoO event in April.
