Honestly I wish they’d knock the Clash at the Mag back to a 1 night show

Also, the already announced 50k to win in June at WVMS is Lucas oil sanctioned as well. June is a huge month.

Anyone know the scoop on I-80? Was it sold or in the process of being sold?

I'm willing to bet they either had to pay more on Saturday or be off the schedule..

Davenport Speedway 7/6/22

Schedule is out. $150,000 to the series winner and $75,000 for second. Show me 100, Topless 100, and Port Royal are bumped up to $50,000 to win. Hillbilly 100 stays at $30,000 twice, but continues to fall down the pecking order of large events. All in all, lots of big money up for grabs.

I-80 was in the process of being sold and it fell through. They are in talks with two other purchasers. Joe K stated if the track wasn’t sold soon. There would be a 2022 season. I heard some rumors of SDN being moved if it was sold before the season, but nothing really concrete to know how much of that is true.
IMO, we will get one more year at I-80 and that’ll be it. I’m sure a Lucas race in the area will replace it in 2023

Anyone see this as response to the XR series? Nah, surely not. 🙂
I hate time trials.

That'll be like watching paint dry at wvms I'm guessing

Lucas didn’t even schedule races on top of Bristol. Nothing to see here.
