Without training, I can run 100 m in 11.3 s. Should I aim for 10.5 s?
With no training in the 100 m, I ran 11.3 s on the second day WITHOUT blocks or spikes. I am 17, 5 foot 7, and around 58 kg. I used to play basketball.As my new coach mentioned, my form is pretty bad and I am not really trained. He said, however, that I am very fast without practise, and he even went on to say that I am quite gifted.What is a reasonable time I should aim for by April 2022?
