Race within the race happening
I couldn't resist to make another thread about what’s happening on the track, and the optics of it all. I know you are all seeing this fascinating thing play out. To see the Rocket house car being chased by the 76 out of all team night after night at East Bay is insane. Mark couldn’t of drew it up any better if he tried, surely Mark hasn’t smiled this big in a long time. After last year, and especially the DTWC, prob was the low point for Rocket. I could only imagine what is going on in the 76 team and Longhorn, maybe some overtime after last nights race, a long night night and morning with the Longhorn posse. As someone that roots against Rocket and pulls for Longhorn it’s starting to get under my skin. See this is why it might of been important for the 49 to be there, gathering info as well, still can’t believe he went home, I don’t get it, what are they on a shoe string budget all of a sudden. I know this storyline isn’t the story of the year nor will it be, but it’s something, if not momentum for Rocket. And before any wide cracks about my username, yes it stinks big time, lost a username bet and can’t figure out how to change it 🤦(not a nice word)♂️

As soon as the teams leave East Bay I think Longhorn will get back to winning. My prediction

I think you may be right as usual again !! These races are " small potato" in the realm of the big picture ? ?

time will tell but this must be satisfying, do you think Longhorn will pull out all the stops tonight?
-
Well that's alright after this they will run woo where they can win and miss all the big money races.

Ok, next Ĺucas race-10g, next WoO race-20g. Nice try.

The woo roster may be better than the Lucas roster this season, and they’ll be at most of the Lucas Crown Jewels. Good try.

Neither one are as good as everything else why run any series.

Perhaps. It depends whether or not the "Test and Tune " session that they have been using EBay Speedway for is done with.

Didn't do him any good tonight but, He will win his fair share of races again this year

I think good drivers can drive anything. Some chassis fit drivers styles better than others. A couple guys win and everybody wants to jump ship Its called the chassis of the month club. this has been going on ever since guys quit building their own chassis.

Volusia will be a new beginning for some. Is the 17 going to race Volusia this time?

What happened to him last night? I was looking in the wrong direction when he lost about 15 spots.

A car got in front of him. I don't know if it's Sheppard or that car but neither seems to like any dirty air. All his heat wins and all but one feature win, he started on the front row.
