Potatoes maybe, field corn def not! Not enough acreage!
It would be prime for a tobacco allotment or may be even sweet corn!

How about planting some cherries so that that boy from Illinois can come pick them clean? ?

I think you meant the driver of the 6 car
-
A Lott of tracks use to that but wheat works better it holds the moisture better.
-
Ask any farmer about it. Dirt with almost anything grown over it is much better than being naked.

I think that he may be groomed to win that big old million for the media attention it will draw. That car will as fast as greased lightning ...

I think fan boy Larson said that he was NOT going to run the million

He should since he didn't get that big old MILLION last night at that Texas Track. Now Blaney has a nest egg to fall back on to maybe keep Sharon Speedway going for a while ? ?

I am amazed at the number of people that believe the driver that wins the Nascar All Star race gets the million dollars.

Im sure there are all kinda clauses in their contracts for bonuses beside their salaries. It wouldnt surprise me if some got all the winnings in certain events!

It is amazing people don’t know how the cash is split up.

I think that everyone should agree with this ^ ^ ^ ^

Most people don’t know how the cash is split up……just that it is some kinda way, probably, as far as we know.
Where is the move over flag when you need it?????

If you are wondering where you can buy everything for plants. It's easy to solve your question right now. For plants you can order lechuza plant in a specialized online store. This way both the quality is excellent and there is a wide range to choose from. I highly recommend it!

When Crown Point closed, the story going around was that the buyer wanted to put a restaurant there, but was denied due to soil contamination. They likely can't just plant items for human consumption, on a racetrack in the off season.
-
Potatoes? No way. Spuds need loose sandy soil. Clay is way too heavy to grow decent spuds.
Corn? Nope. Corn is nitrogen intensive to get a decent yield. Too high on input costs and you don't want that much stubble and stover to try and incorporate into the surface.
Now soybeans, maybe. Soybeans are relatively easy and they put nitrogen back into the soil. Deer love them too so if the climate supports it, you might get a good food plot out of it. Set up a hunting stand up in the tower. Off season dual use of the race track.
No, stick with grasses. For a cover crop you can just use a broadcast spread and disk it in and you're done. Easy to till in once spring arrives.
Political correctness,...is the inability to speak the truth about the obvious.
