Tbh. The three times I walked past the souvenir truck, there weren’t many people around it. The thing with selling merch is, you also got to win on the track. I think people are finally starting to see the end. Sad.

Everyone talks about Scott's bank account as if there his bestis buddy on the planet.
There had to have been dollars that changed hands with Cody coming in then also with him leaving.
Brucebuilt is not building these chassis for Scott out of the kindness of his heart.
If his daughter is going to a private Christian Academy, that's not free.
I sometimes think that when people that know more than what anybody on 4m does they laugh there *sses off in Tennessee.
I sometimes think people don't want to believe their hero is not the GOD they thought he was. Many of these drivers sacrifice things they shouldn't to race. Some have bad habits outside of racing. Some are not the nice guys we see at the track. Scott is/was a great racecar driver and nobody can take that from him, but it's obvious he doesn't have the financial support to race the way he is used to.
Foxfire seems to know what he is talking about and if you read between the lines (even badly) you could figure out that there is not much laughing in Tennessee.

Flyboy
Scott no longer owns the soveneir bussiness. He sold it to Gerald Newton (Arizona Sport Shirts) a few years ago. I guess you could technically say he sold it- money was owed to Newton.
( again: read between the lines)

I suppose as popularity of Bloomer continues to wane , there will less and less sales at the trailer. Will it get to the point where it won't pay for the fuel and other costs to set up at a track ? ?
-
I would guess it’s almost at that point now. They usually have 2 employees working it.
It used to be a very big source of revenue for Scott- but he peed that away as well.

Maybe somebody swerved to miss a unicorn or something that ran on out in front of him is why the unit ended up being in the ditch ? ?
