Sheppard hasn’t stated which tour he’ll be on.
-
I bet Sheppard goes WoO racing for a few reasons.

I don't see Sheppard following a tour next year. As they all say, will see how things shake out during speedweeks. I see his team picking and choosing races with both series and toss in the summer nationals. Teams say 1 thing then come out of florida and go a different direction every year.

well the B5 sheppard is going with the WoO. i wonder if this sends clanton back to Lucas in 2023. As of today the Lucas tour is hurting for cars for 2023.

Glad to see Ross and Amanda returning for another year!
How can you not like these two?

It will be fun to go back and review this thread after Florida.

It's looking like they won't be handing out a ROY at the banquet next year.

It's December. There's still 3 more months for teams to make that decision. Overdramatic much?

I guess I'm the only one that realizes there is normally 1-2 rookies that commit at PRI or before. Do the the letters FO mean anything to you?

I don't think he's being dramatic at all. It's rare when someone decides they're going to run a full national tour in March. Most make that decision well before season starts.

Why does it matter when they commit? You're like an old lady with your unnecessary drama.

No, most people make that decision after they see how badly they suck in Florida. Watch how many of the self-proclaimed WOO rookies drop off after not racing their way into any shows in Florida or running out of motors or money before Florida is even over.

Yes, but they come into it EXPECTING to possibly run. People who haven't prepared all winter to tour, don't go to Florida, run ok, and decide to hit the Lucas tour with their box trailer and f250. Sure, they talked Flinner into it, but that is not realistic.
The tour is a huge commitment. That's why those that prepare drop out. Those who don't prepare, do not jump in.

What the heck is your problem, man? He stated a simple fact...and it is a fact. Usually by PRI drivers commit to ROY. Yes. They can wait, but that is not the norm.
