Hoosier tires decision on blowouts at Eldora "it's not us, it's you"
They recommend teams run a min. 15psi on RF and reduce camber. Hoosier also states that there is nothing different about the construction of the LM tire lines.

What are they lying about. The the construction of the tire now, something other or both?

They changed things. The tires soften with a heat cycle. They didn't blow out before. Cars are not running more camber than before. You didn't need 15 psi before.

Evidently Lucas only told a few team and left others in the dark per some teams

You would be wrong. Lucas Oil had nothing to do with the World 100.

Thank you for correcting me TV.
I had watched an interview and all weren't told the same

Camber and tire pressures don't cause inner sidewalls to split on a RF tar

Just a quick off subject question James, why didn't Knoxville have you and the team from Flo announce the races the Lucas races at Knoxville ? My wife and I missed your announcing, the Knoxville guys may know their sprint cars but aren't very knowledgeable about Late Models especially the Australian in the pits.

I know that they were at Knoxville announcing on Flo but at the track they would not play their announcing or pit interviews for the people in the grandstands, they used the Knoxville announcers which were not very interesting or intelligent to Late Models.

I can't say facts about the slm tires, BUT, the sprint car guys have had huge chunks of tread fly off the carcass. That also has been blamed on air pressure, I don't believe that for a lot of reasons.
When 1 company has as much control as Hoosier does, it has been proven product quality suffers. No one is in position to hurt what is the bottom line. DOLLARS
