Speaking of Marshall Green, I saw him at the North/South one year. At that time three wheeling was a bit popular. He would go down the straight away's into the turns with the front left of the car way off the ground. Sometimes this kind of setup would cause some vision problems for drivers as the LF of the car blocked site of cars moving down the track in front of them. On black slick tracks this setup was intended to put more weight on the right rear tire for more traction.
