Turbo off LOLM tour
Wonder why they pulled off?
-
I see he took nearly everything off except Castrol dates. I can't see him not doing Show Me and The Dream, but 11th in Lucas points just isnt cutting it. That team and that driver should be top 6
-
He said many of the tracks on the Lucas Oil tour just don't appeal to him.

Next Race - 5/25 Shadyhill
2024 Season: 7 - Brownstown (IN) 1, Fairbury (IL) 2, Farmer City (IL) 1, Grundy Co (IL) 1, Kankakee (IL) 1, & Shadyhill (IN) 1

The generally runs pretty good outside of the Lucas tour, so he’s like a prime candidate for an outlaw schedule. I’m sure he’ll still run some Lucas shows at places he likes.

2024 Summernationals champion - said it was on his bucket list to do.
-
Being based near eldora, he'll have plenty of 5-10k races within a couple hours of the shop just about every weekend. We have the iron man series and revived NALMS. I think he'll do well with dropping off.
-
Lucas pays pretty bad I think is $3500 for 3rd and realistically how many podiums is he gonna have. A lot less driving miles and better chance to make money racing around the house and going the places you like not where you have to be
-
Sounds like he just wants to have some fun again…….
Where is the move over flag when you need it?????

This was my first thought as well.

Its always about the $$$$$$$$$$
Costs to much to run Lucas if your not wining or runing well.

Thank you James. As you know there’s plenty of people on here that don’t know wtf they’re talking about.

Thanks Tower View (J.E.)
Looks like Terbo pocketed $5,750 for a 7th and a 9th place finish.

This topic may head back to the earlier discussion about the purses and what teams are spending. It does show the purses need to be increased since there are so many full time drivers. But the series' have to be careful or many of their tracks won't be able to afford to put on one of these races without charging $50 a ticket for a $15,000 to win race. That's not good for anybody.

Not real good financially for him when they claim it cost (on average) $5000 per race.

This is fantastic news! FINALLY! Erb can take his "talent" and wonderful personality to some 5k shows against regional talent where he has a chance to win. Easily the most overrated driver in the sport. Don't let the door hit ya on the way out. LOSER!
