these wheels are new some have stains but will polish out great. The boxes got wet and caused stains .some are aready polished .there 22.5in did i say new ? they sell for more than 400$ each . how bout 200$ each.they will not fit most trucks . they mostly fit busses and motorcoaches .The lugs measure 13.5 in.i have more than 30. call 8-5 256-237-9981, thanks TIM
