WEDNESDAY NOVEMBER 23 - 1 p.m. – 8 p.m.
THURSDAY NOVEMBER 24 - 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Consignments will be taken on Thursday until 6 p.m. to accommodate consignors. However, all pre-consignments MUST be at the site by 12 noon on Thursday. If you are not pre-consigned, any unreserved numbers left will be distributed on a first come-first serve basis. Do not count on waiting until consignment days to get numbers for the Thanksgiving Weekend Auction! This sale will be full. Pre-consignment guarantees space in the auction.

Space rental by reservation only! Trade show space will be limited! Call early for prime space! Exhibit set-up hours during Thursday only!

ROLLING STOCK FEE Flat $30 (No Commissions)
Sell your racecar, truck, trailer, hauler, chassis, kart for a flat fee of $30…Owner may put a reserve price on unit. If it doesn’t meet the reserve price in the ring owner has option to say yes or no!!! That’s right only a flat fee $30 on rolling stock to sell or no sale.
First 25 pre-consigned rolling stock numbers will be sold on Saturday. Next 25 will be sold on Friday. Remaining rolling stock numbers will be sold Sunday!!!!
