How do you organize your Instagram following list??

My Instagram following list has become pretty difficult to manage because I’ve followed different accounts over several years. Some are still interesting, while others are no longer active or relevant to me. The problem is that it’s hard to remember which accounts were recently added and which have been there for years. I’m wondering how other users organize their following lists and decide which accounts are worth keeping. Do you regularly review your Instagram follows
