Biddle Ridley Memorial Part of Coltman Farms Cup; Pays $10,053 to Win on June 28 at North Georgia Speedway
(BRASSTOWN, NORTH CAROLINA) While the points portion of the Schaeffer’s Oil Spring Nationals Series presented by Coltman Farms Racing and fueled by Sunoco season has wrapped up and Garrett Smith has been celebrated as the 2025 Champion, the miniseries will sanction the ‘Biddle Ridley Memorial’ this Saturday night, June 28 at North Georgia Speedway. Rescheduled from a rain-out back on May 24, the event at the Chatsworth, Georgia oval will shell out a $10,053 first place prize on Saturday. The 53-lap Super Late Model special is part of the Coltman Farms Cup, which is comprised of each of the five-figure races during both the Spring Nationals and the Southern Nationals.
Garrett Smith currently leads the Coltman Farms Cup standings by 18 markers over Wil Herrington and 20 points over third place Cory Hedgec0ck. In the last ‘Biddle Ridley Memorial’ held back in 2023 - the 2024 version was canceled due to inclement weather - Dale McDowell was victorious at the northern Georgia facility. The popular driver known as the “MacDaddy” pocketed $10,053 for his efforts back on May 27, 2023 over runner-up Ross Bailes, Carson Ferguson, Benji Hicks, and Sam Seawright.
On Saturday, the pit gates will open at 3:00pm and the grandstands will start to allow patrons into the venue at 4:00pm. The drivers meeting is set for 6:00pm and hot laps will take to the track at 6:30pm. Adult admission will be $25.00 into the grandstands and $45.00 into the pit area. Kids ages 5-11 will be admitted into the stands for only $15.00 and into the pits for only $20.00. Children ages 4 and under will be allowed onto the grounds for FREE.
Joining the Super Late Models on the 'Biddle Ridley Memorial' racing card will be the Best Plumber / BMF 604 Racing Series ($2,000 to win), 602 Late Models, Open Wheel Modifieds, and Front Wheel Drives. The Spring Nationals tire rule in 2025 is Hoosier Racing Tire NLMT 2, 3, 4 and American Racer Tire 44, 48, Pro3/56, Pro4. Body rules and the Droop Rule will be the same as those agreed on by both the World of Outlaws Late Model Series and the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series - among others. The entry fee will be $100.00 and transponders will be available to rent. Any driver not advancing into the feature field will receive $75.00 in tow money.
