9:00 AM The event will start on November 4, 2013 at Cross Creek Mall or Cape Fear Harley Davidson with a ride by motorcycles, cars & trucks from the mall to the race track (route to include The Market House). Drivers will make one lap around speedway track and park on the drag strip.

12:00 Noon Qualifying
3:00 PM Qualifying Races
4:30 PM Track work
5:00 PM Opening Prayer, star Spangled Banner & Opening Remarks
6:00 PM Last Chance Race

9:00AM The second leg of the ride will start on November 5, 2013 at The Fayetteville Motor Speedway and end at the Dirt Track at Charlotte Motor Speedway for the World of Outlaws Finals
