Daniel Baggerly Sets Sights on Ultimate Battle at County Line After Monk Clary Memorial
(CLARKSVILLE, VIRGINIA) Daniel Baggerly and his #16 team invaded Clary's Motor Speedway in Brinkleyville, North Carolina on Saturday, July 1 for the 'Monk Clary Memorial.' The I-95 Late Model Challenge Series sanctioned the single-day shootout, which boasted a whopping $8,900 winner's check.
Daniel clicked off the eleventh quickest time during the qualifying session, which locked him into the inside of the sixth row for the start of the main event. Unfortunately, "Bagz" was collected in two separate incidents and eventually pulled his new Longhorn mount pitside and settled for a twentieth place effort in the second event of his '17 campaign. Complete results from Clary's Motor Speedway can be found online at www.clarysspeedway.com.
The B&B Motorsports team will jump right back into dirt-slinging action this Saturday evening, July 8 at County Line Raceway in Elm City, North Carolina. Daniel will unload his #16 racecar – armed with a 525 motor – on Saturday to battle the cars and stars of the Ultimate Super Late Model Series to vie for the $4,000 top prize. A $200 award is also on the line for the fastest qualifier in time trials leading up to the drop of the green flag in the 40-lap feature event. More information concerning the one-day program at County Line can be accessed online at www.ultimatesupers.com.
Daniel would like to thank all of his 2017 sponsors including: En>Compass Solutions, Mitchel Coble Racing Supply, Wythe Raceway, Cashion Fishing Rods, Knabe Power Equipment, RE Suspension, AutismSpeaks.org, Brinn Inc., Delph Communications, FK Rod Ends, Penske Shocks, Performance Friction Brakes, Peterson Fluid Systems, and VP Racing Fuels.
