Logan Roberson Rolls to Natural Bridge Checkers
Waynesboro, Virginia (07/17/17) – Logan Roberson may have gone into a gun fight with a knife on Friday night at Natural Bridge Speedway, but it didn’t keep him from parking his Wynbridge Inc. #17 Rocketman Racing/ XR1 Rocket Chassis Late Model in Victory Lane.
“The weather looked kind of sketchy, so we decided to stay close to home on Friday night and go to Natural Bridge Speedway,†Roberson said. “We knew we would be at a horsepower disadvantage competing with our crate motor against the limited motors, but as it turned out it didn’t matter. My team gave me a great car, and we are able to get the win.â€
With threatening weather altering his plans, Logan Roberson stayed close to home on Friday night, visiting Natural Bridge Speedway (Spring Run, Pennsylvania), where he was powering his Crate Late Model against a stout field of Limited Late Models. Despite giving up horsepower to his competitors, Roberson was able to outrun the field in the feature to register his seventh win of the season.
The following night Roberson returned to Winchester Speedway (Winchester, Virginia), competing in a field of 18 RUSH Weekly Crate Late Models. Bringing home a Top-5 finish in the A-Main, Logan notched a 5th-place finish behind Tanner Kerr, Allen Brannon, Scott Sweeney, and Timmy Booth.

The upcoming weekend will see Roberson opening action on Friday night at Potomac Speedway (Budd’s Creek, Maryland).
