Dunn Benson Motorsports and Bobby Pierce Heading to Missouri for the Show-Me 100 this Weekend, Watch it LIVE All Three Nights
DUNN, NC(not a nice word) (MAY 23, 2018) – Dunn Benson Motorsports and driver Bobby Pierce will head to Lucas Oil Speedway in Wheatland, MO this Thursday, Friday and Saturday May 24th thru 26th , to compete in one of the sports Crown Jewel Events -The Lucas Oil Show-Me 100 sanctioned by the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series. Bobby Pierce is the defending Race Champion winning last year's Show-Me 100 after starting 14th in the feature event.
This year's Three-day event can be seen LIVE on the internet all three days on the website www.LucasOilRacing.TV starting at 7:30pm EST each night. For the first time of the event, Saturday's Show-Me 100 will also air LIVE on the MAVTV Motorsports Network channel 214 on DirecTV starting at 8pm EST.
Thursday's May 24th program will feature a $6,000-to-win, $600-to-start event, honoring the late Allen "Cowboy" Chancellor, longtime MLRA Owner/Promoter. The 5th Annual "Cowboy Classic" will include a full program of: Time Trials, Heat Races, B-Mains, and a 40-lap main event.
The action on Friday, May 25th will pay tribute to Don and Billie Gibson, former promoters of West Plains Motor Speedway and founders of the Show-Me 100. The activities will include a complete program of: Time Trials, Heat Races, B-Mains, and a 40-lap, $6,000-to-win main event. Drivers will earn points in each of the two preliminary nights that will determine the line-ups for Saturday's May 26th 100-lap, $30,000-to-win Show-Me 100 main event.

After last weekend's two runner-up finishes in WI and MN, The Dunn Benson Motorsports Team and driver Bobby Pierce have climbed into 5th place in the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series National Point standings. Bobby is only 70 points out of second place in the point standings and will be looking to move up in the standings at this weekend's crown jewel event.
