Jeff Taylor Triumphantly Returns to Action with Legit Victory
Batesville Motor Speedway and Legit Speedway Park Up Next
Cave City, Arkansas (06/13/18) – After a few months out of the driver’s seat Jeff Taylor triumphantly returned to action on Saturday night in his Industrial Electric #5 Wehrs Machine/ Precision Performance/ Taylor Race Car/ Friesen Chevrolet Engine IMCA Modified.
“It felt great to get back behind the wheel on Saturday night, and thankfully I was able to shake off the rust pretty fast in the feature and get to the front,†Taylor said. “There’s a lot of big shows on the horizon so we are going to focus on getting this hot rod in tip-top shape over the next few weeks. Thanks to everyone, who supports our program.â€
Behind the wheel of the Industrial Electric #5 Open Wheel Modified, Jeff Taylor traveled to Legit Speedway Park (West Plains, Missouri) on Saturday evening for the regular night of racing.
In a field of 13 entries, Taylor passed five cars in his heat race to register a runner-up finish behind Tony Anglin. Earning the 10th-starting position for the feature, Jeff advanced through the field nine spots picking up his third win of the season.
Tony Anglin, Brandon Walsh, Mark Norris, and Clay Norris rounded out the Top-5 finishers in the 20-lap affair.

The upcoming weekend – June 15-16 – will find Jeff competing at Batesville Motor Speedway (Locust Grove, Arkansas) on Friday night and at Legit Speedway Park (West Plains, Missouri) on Saturday night.
