Logan Roberson Visits Victory Lane Once Again
Beckley Motorsports Park and Friendship Motor Speedway Up Next
Waynesboro, Virginia (07/17/18) – For the second-straight week Logan Roberson took his Wynbridge Inc. #17 BTS Towing Service/ XR1 Rocket Chassis Late Model to Victory Lane.
The 20-year-old racer’s latest conquest came at the historic Hagerstown Speedway on Saturday night and increased his overall win tally for the year to nine.
“We had a really solid weekend,†Roberson said. “It was a victory in itself to be able to load the car in the trailer in one piece both nights. We had a great car at Hagerstown Speedway, and it’s always cool to win at that place because there’s so much history there. Maybe our bad luck is finally in the rearview mirror, and we can string together several wins.â€
Friday night found Logan Roberson in action at Potomac Speedway (Budds Creek, Maryland), where he was piloting the Wynbridge Inc. #17 Crate Late Model. Reeling in a Top-5 finish in the feature, Logan scored a third-place finish behind Ben Bowie and Chuck Bowie with Matt Glanden and Jimmy Jesmer Jr. rounding out the Top 5.
The following night at Hagerstown Speedway (Hagerstown, Maryland), Logan entered the Small Car Nationals. He started the night by leading every lap of his heat race before backing it up by leading flag-to-flag in the feature to register his ninth win of the season. Jake Piper, Transtan Stoner, Jimmy Jesmer Jr., and Timmy Booth completed the Top-5 finishers in the 20-lap affair.
