Logan Roberson Goes Back-To-Back at Elkins Raceway
2018-Win Tally Increases to Eleven
Waynesboro, Virginia (08/07/18) – Saturday night found Logan Roberson standing proudly in Victory Lane once again at Elkins Raceway (Kerens, West Virginia). Behind the wheel of the Wynbridge Inc. #17 BTS Towing Service/ XR1 Rocket Chassis Late Model, Roberson raced to his 11th win of the 2018 campaign.
“We’ve been really fast at Elkins every time that we’ve been there this season, and Saturday night was no exception,†Roberson said. “We were pretty strong on Friday night at Beckley, but we came up a spot short. Right now we are consistently running up front, and we are staying out of bad situations on the track, so I’m pretty proud of the direction that the team is headed.â€
Friday night saw Logan Roberson in action at Beckley Motorsports Park (Beckley, West Virginia) for the FASTRAK Racing Series-sanctioned contest. Reeling in a Top-5 finish in the feature, Roberson was credited with a runner-up finish when the checkered flag flew.
On Saturday at Elkins Raceway (Kerens, West Virginia), Logan was one of 11 Crate Late Models on hand for the regular night of racing. Earning the fifth-starting position for the A-Main via preliminary events, Roberson soared to his second-straight win at the facility and his 11th win of the season.

Logan has two events on the horizon for this weekend. On Friday night he will look to race to his third-straight win at Elkins Raceway, while Saturday has the team tentatively traveling to Natural Bridge Speedway (Natural Bridge, Virginia).
