Billy Moyer Racing to Host Racelogic Chassis School
Batesville, Arkansas (09/26/18) – Dirt Late Model Hall of Famer, Billy Moyer and his rising-star son, Billy Moyer Jr. will open the doors to their Batesville, Arkansas shop on December 15-16, 2018 for a very unique training seminar.
For the second-straight year the talented racing duo will be hosting a Racelogic Chassis School.
“This is something that we did for the first time last year, and it was a huge success,†said Brian Littleton with Racelogic Chassis School. “Billy Moyer is arguably the greatest Dirt Late Model driver of all time, and for him to share setup tips and speed secrets – that’s a pretty awesome situation for pretty much any racer. We’re extremely excited to be doing the seminar again this year.â€
The Moyer duo will be joined by AFCO engineer, Ben Baker, who will provide in-depth racecar setup tips.
The class will provide an in-depth look at every aspect of how a professional Dirt Late Model team prepares their cars for differing track conditions.
There will be a Dirt Late Model on display at the class, which will allow attendees a hands-on experience of the do’s and don’ts for preparing a race-winning car for action.
In addition, there will be a spring smasher, scales, a guide book, and many more hands-on items that will provide visual aids as attendees progress through the class.
“I’ve taught a few of the Racelogic Schools over the past few years,†said Billy Moyer Jr. “I’ll be honest that at first I didn’t know what to expect, but they’ve all been awesome experiences so far. It’s really cool to give ideas to other racers, and it’s even cooler when you see them at a track a few months later and they are telling you how much the class helped their program. Dad and I are excited to again be doing one here at the Billy Moyer Racing headquarters.â€
The class will run from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday, December 15 and will include a lunch. On Sunday, December 15 the class will be conducted from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Attendees looking to get a jump on accruing parts for the 2018 season will also be happy to note that there be a huge discount sale on Friday, December 14. Used parts, tires, and other items from Billy Moyer Racing will all be available at great savings.
The cost for the class is only $499 and registration will be limited to 75 attendees. Sign up early as this class will definitely sell out.
