Ross Camponovo Opens 2012 at Wild West Shootout

Clarksdale, Mississippi (01/10/12) – After a strong conclusion to the 2011 season Ross Camponovo is eager to open the 2012 slate in his #18 Camponovo Farms/Victory Circle M1 Chassis By Moyer/RPM Racing Engine Super Late Model, and he will do so at the 6th Annual Wild West Shootout at USA Raceway (Tucson, Arizona).

Ever since scoring a top five run in the late-season Gumbo Nationals at Greenville Speedway in his new Victory Circle by Moyer Chassis, Camponovo has been chomping at the bit to get the 2012 season underway. His push to get the season underway will see him drive over 1400 miles to the desert as he takes part in the 6th Annual Wild West Shootout at USA Raceway (Tucson, Arizona).

Camponovo notes, "I've always wanted to race in the Wild West Shootout. I've been to watch before when it was at Casa Grande, but I've never even seen a race at USA Raceway. It will be a challenge I'm sure, but I'm really excited about the possibilities with this new car."

January 13th: USA Raceway (Tucson, Arizona) - Open Practice
