The start of each new race season presents racers with all kinds of opportunities. 2012 will bring Springfield, Illinois sprint car racer Jordan Goldesberry the opportunity to push off with a second team, as the 21 year old open wheel pilot will compete with the Brockway Mechanical and Roofing Sprint Invaders in Randy and Lori Plath's Plath Motorsports, Sebastain Sandblasting and Powder Coating, GPC Race Products, Wesmar , Maxim chassis racer. Jordan has a history with the Iowa based 360 sprint series, snatching the group's Rookie of the Year honor back in 2007.
On the 410 side of the ledger, Goldesberry will be splitting time betwen the Plaths' 14P and the familiar bright yellow Goldesberry Signs and Designs, Automotive Machine,Simpson,Mothers Wax,Ultrashield,Rock Solid Lawn Care,NGK Spark Plugs #65 Maxim. In addition to making a run at the Midwest Open Wheel Association points title, Jordan will compete at the Knoxville Nationals and selected other World of Outlaws races.
