Jay D_ickens Racing Engines Finds Victory Lane
Aberdeen, MS (03/20/12) – As the season prepares to kick into high gear Jay D_ickens Racing Engines (JDRE) customers are beginning to make noise nationwide with their performances.
Don O'Neal led Team JDRE over the weekend with a $5,000 win in the 36th Annual Spring 50 at the historic, Florence Speedway (Union, Kentucky) in his #71 Mastersbilt/Jay D_ickens Racing Engine Super Late Model. O'Neal started 3rd on the grid, and once he took the lead on lap 15 he never looked back on his way to his third win of the 2012 campaign.
Bub McCool receives honorable mention for his performance in the 2nd Annual Pelican 100 at Ark-La-Tex Speedway (Vivian, Louisiana) over the weekend. After starting seventh on the grid for the 100 lap feature, McCool battled his way forward late in the event. He would make a late race bid for the lead, but fell just short as he recorded a second place finish in his #57J Victory Circle by Moyer/Jay D_ickens Racing Engine entry.
