    Red Hot Summer for Jay D ickens Customers

    Aberdeen, MS (07/23/14) - While the actual air temperature gauge might be registering lower than normal temps this summer, Jay D ickens Racing Engines (JDRE) customers continue to stay red-hot on the track.

    Robert Moore raced to his fourth win of 2014 on June 20th at North Alabama Speedway (Tuscumbia, Alabama) in his Jay D ickens-powered GRT Late Model.

    Nine-time and defending Selinsgrove Speedway (Selinsgrove, Speedway) track champion, Jeff Rine added to his legacy at the oval on June 21st by scoring yet another win in his JDRE #2j Super Late Model. He added another win to the 2014 tally on July 12th at Port Royal Speedway (Port Royal, Pennsylvania) to push his total wins on the season to seven.

    Jay D ickens customer, Duke Palasini bagged the Super Late Model feature win at Greenville Speedway (Greenville, Mississippi) on June 21st to pad his advantage atop the point standings in his #V8 Mastersbilt by Stuckey/JDRE entry. Palasini repeated his feat on Saturday, July 19th at the gumbo oval.

    Bub McCool swept the holiday weekend, COMP Cams Super Dirt Series (CCSDS) action at Greenville Speedway on July 4th-5th with back-to-back wins in his #57J Victory Circle/Jay D ickens Racing Engine Super Late Model. He now has three wins in 2014.

    Ray Cook also enjoyed a great holiday weekend of racing action in his Mastersbilt #53 JDRE Super Late Model that began with a $1,200 win at Talladega Short Track (Eastaboga, Alabama) on Friday, July 4th before topping the $5,000-to-win, Schaeffer's Oil Southern Nationals event at Tazewell Speedway (Tazewell, Tennessee) on Saturday. He now holds four wins this season.

    Brownstown Speedway (Brownstown, Indiana) was the scene of the first win of the season for Brownstown, Indiana racer, Chad Stapleton on July 5th in his Stapleton Motorsports #57J Barry Wright Super Late Model.

    Hunter Rasdon swept the USCS Modified event at Crowley's Ridge Raceway (Paragould, Arkansas) on July 3rd. He topped a field of 39 entries for the win in his Rasdon Motorsports #R5 JDRE Modified.

    Chad Thrash led a top four sweep of the Mississippi State Championship Challenge Series (MSCCS) event at Columbus Speedway (Columbus, Mississippi) on July 12th for his second win of the year in his Rocket #1c Jay D ickens Super Late Model. David Breazeale, Brian Rickman, and Rick Rickman completed the sweep for JDRE customers.
