Jeff Taylor Named the Governor Again at Dacotah
Cave City, Arkansas (07/28/15) – For the second-straight year Jeff Taylor powered his Industrial Electric #5 Allgayer, Inc/Taylor Chassis Open Wheel Modified to the Governor’s Cup title at Dacotah Speedway.
On Friday night Jeff Taylor headed to Dacotah Speedway (Mandan, North Dakota) for the two-day Governors Cup. With forty-three Open Wheel Modifieds signed in for heat race action on Friday, Taylor wheeled around Brian Brennan from his 2nd starting spot scoring a heat race victory. Starting in 4th for the main event on Saturday, Jeff worked his way through the field capturing his capturing his 7th victory of the season. Winning the Governor’s Cup for the second straight year, Jeff Taylor ousted Jason Grimes, Robert Hellebust, Aaron Turnbull, and Mike Hanson. He collected over $3,000 for his efforts.
“There are so many good cars in this area that it is really cool to win this race even once, but to win it twice is truly awesome,†commented Taylor. “Thanks to my crew and sponsors for their great help and support.
